Easy to use, simply pre-heat the grill plate for 3 minutes, place your favorite choice of food on the lower plate, join the two plates together, place it back in the microwave and VIOLA!

Healthy cooking: Microwave cooking retains better flavors, quality and nutritional values. Food fats do not saturate because we do not exceed 230º C (compared to + 300ªc in frying pan).
